I had a fantastic time at the ten miler yesterday! I'm a newbie runner and have only been running for about 6 months. This was the biggest event that I have ever been a part of! Than God the weather cleared and gave us a wonderful day. I am 50 years old and it was so exciting to be with so many younger people who put fitness a high priority in their lives. I hope to be back for many more of these 10 milers. This was the longest distance that I have run so far. Thank you all for all your hard work in making this such a memorable and successful event!!!!!

I am still on a high from the race on Saturday! It has been the only non-rainy time of the last two weeks (how lucky were we?) and I'm feeling so good about my time that was way better than I anticipated. Thanks for putting together a great race!
