Where should I park?
There are three lots at upper Edgewater (near the start) and one lot at the lower part of the park (near the finish). The lots fill quickly - we strongly encourage carpooling with friends for this event. There is also street parking available on Lake Avenue, Clifton Boulevard and Edgewater near the upper park entrance.
If I am pre-registered, am I required to pick up my packet at one of the packet pick up sites?
It is not required but strongly suggested so that you avoid waiting in lines on race day. Packets can also be picked up by/for friends.
Is it safe to register online with my credit card?
Yes, Hermes Sports and Events has partnered with Active.com who is a leader in online registration. Hermes uses Active.com for almost all of our races. It is safe and secure and they can guarantee that your information will be safe.
If I am unable to attend and I have already registered, can I still get my shirt?
Yes, you can pick up your shirt at our office the following week - we do not mail shirts. Please call the office ahead of time to let us know that you are coming.
Can I switch events?
No, there are no transfers or refunds.
If I am registering with a family member, can I fill out one registration form?
No, we require individual entry forms for each participant to make sure that we have all the information we need for that participant. We will not accept two names on one form.
Is there a bag check?
Yes, the bag check will be located near the start line at upper Edgewater Park. Belongings will be taken to the finish line for retrieval.
Can I walk the course?
Yes, you can walk the course. However, the police may ask you to use the sidewalk if there are large distances between the walkers and runners.
Where are the water stops?
The water stops will be located at mile markers 2, 4, 6 and 8.
Where can I see my results?
Overall results can be found on our website by 1 p.m. the afternoon of the race.
